Thank you for choosing Tunnels Of Love for your piercing jewellery needs. We are dedicated to providing you with high-quality jewellery. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. 

1. Return Eligibility

1.1 Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on piercing jewellery. This policy helps ensure that every piercing jewellery item you receive from us is brand new, unworn, and uncontaminated. We prioritise the health and well-being of our customers and staff.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

2.1 If you receive a defective or incorrect piercing jewellery item, please contact our customer support team at contact@tunnelsoflove.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. 

2.2 When contacting our customer support, please provide your order number, a brief description and supporting images to help us assess the issue.

2.3 Please be mindful of selecting the correct size for your piercings as we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing, unless we receive notification prior to shipping. If you alert us before the item has been dispatched, we can cancel the order, allowing you to place a new one.

 

3. Allergies and Sensitivities

3.1 At Tunnels Of Love, we prioritise your satisfaction and comfort. While we use high-grade stainless steel with nickel and lead-free PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating, individual skin sensitivities can vary. We encourage caution if you have a history of allergic reactions to non-solid gold or sterling silver jewellery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or returns for these specific reasons, as the jewellery's hypoallergenic properties are not guaranteed for everyone.

 

4. Cancellations

4.1 You may cancel an order before it has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

4.2 Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
